The rental hours start as soon as our technician arrives at your event for our fast and easy setup, usually around 10-15 minutes. Travel for the first 20 miles each way is included* and $2 per each extra mile**. We cover for your breakdown time after your rental period.

*Due to the high cost for delivery in the NY area only, we require a travel surcharge of $1 for each mile up to 40 miles round trip on all bookings originating from our NY locations.
